Electronica Duo Otari Perform Live For Studio Sessions

Catalyst Berlin Electronic Music Production & Performance students Garfive and Guitarbaby perform live for Studio Sessions as electronica duo Otari

Electronic Music Production & Performance students Garfive and Guitarbaby perform as electronic duo Otari in Catalyst's (formerly dBs Berlin) latest episode of Studio Sessions. Watch the performance and go behind the scenes.

Proving that all it takes is a spark between musicians to burst a sonic flame, performer-producer duo Otari’s electronica is pure fire – all sultry vocals, synthy melodies, sharp drums and soulful guitar.

After meeting in Catalyst's Electronic Music Production & Performance course, Garfive (from Paris) and guitarbaby (Belgian-Uruguayan) wasted no time forming a musical partnership. In under a year, they have released a five-track EP, collaborated on a track with a third artist, filmed a music video, and performed an intimate debut of their live set at Funkhaus Berlin. And this is just the beginning.

Otari have just released their second EP DYAD and are currently working on expanding their live show. Next stop: setting the world ablaze.
