Kadri Arula

Applied Creative Psychology

Kadri Arula is a Berlin-based counsellor and music therapist from Estonia. She studied music at Goldsmiths, University of London and worked in the music industry before training in Music Therapy, earning an MA from University of Roehampton in London.

Alongside her private practice, Kadri has worked in forensic settings, neurorehabilitation and schools, and has lived and worked between London, Tallinn and Berlin. Fascinated by the relationship between mind, brain and music, her interest in music psychology during her studies led her to specialise in therapeutic applications of the creative arts.

A trained pianist, Kadri uses active music-making and reflective listening in her sessions, drawing on songwriting and improvisation where appropriate. She is passionate about sharing her expertise through workshops, talks and lectures in addition to the depth of one-to-one clinical work.
