Rhys Williams

Rhys Williams is a 21-year-old British actor based in Berlin. After training at the National Youth Theatre in London and graduating with an extended diploma in Acting and Production from LIPA, Rhys moved to Berlin to pursue a BA in Screen Acting at our School for Acting. Rhys has since worked across multiple mediums, including film, commercials, theatre, event curation and ballroom. Notably, Mamántula (Ion de Sosa, 2023), premiered and won awards at several international film festivals. Rhys wrote, produced, and performed in The Queen’s Head, and went on to win the Keep it Fringe Fund Award for her full run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Rhys is committed to telling stories from transgender and queer perspectives, She looks forward to expanding her portfolio through upcoming film productions, upcoming performances of The Queen’s Head in Berlin and future theatre festivals, with ambitions to put on more shows and tour across Germany. With a focus on authentic storytelling and representation, Rhys will continue working as a freelance actress and performer in film, theatre, and more.
